3 hours is fine! You can leisurely tour all three islands, including travel time, and return by ferry.
How to Access the Three Southern Islands

The ferry to Kusu Island departs from a different route at the same port.
Those wishing to visit all four islands in one day should note that a special schedule runs from September to November.
The four islands can be covered in half a day. Might as well visit them all together while you’re at it.
See here for an example schedule covering all four islands in half a day.
Ira is someone who actually visited 500 islands in Asia over two years.
・・St. John Island: Museum/Bungalows, etc.
・・Lazarus Island:Glamping/Camping/Kayaking and more
・・Seringat Island: Fishing
①【Red Line】Get off at the nearest station, MARINA SOUTH PIER.
You can easily make it from Changi Airport. This photo was taken around 6 a.m. The station is small. I’ll post a station layout map! It’s best to use the restroom at the station first.

This station is also the closest station to the international cruise port.
②Proceed to Exit B of the station. There are many signs. Please exit to the ground level. You will see the sky as shown in the photo.

③November is the peak season. But perhaps because it was 6 a.m., there were hardly any people around. Only the minimart was open.

④November is the busiest time of the year for tourism on Kusu Island. It’s 26 degrees before 7 a.m.

⑤Purchase boarding pass at 6:30

Ira went with a Singaporean family. There are two ferry companies, but only one was open at that time.
The Singaporean salesperson said, “Didn’t you buy online? Well, I’ll discount it to the same price as online,” and gave us a lower rate.
They completely ignored same-day tickets and their own profits—

It’s unclear whether this salesperson provides the same service to Japanese tourists.
Since the online discount is the lowest price, please purchase in advance.
Unlike Japan, Singapore’s scheduled ferries have a near-zero cancellation rate.

The ticket color changes irregularly, so it’s okay if it’s not the same color as this one.
⑥You just need to be back at least five minutes before departure, so feel free to explore the area.
The shape of the clouds is different in Japan! It’s like they stretched mochi vertically!

⑦The waiting area. Since the signs of the companies you’ve purchased are lined up, sit in the chairs in that area.
Since I won’t be leaving for Indonesia this time, I don’t need my passport. However, there will be a baggage inspection when returning from the island, so please don’t bring back anything you picked up on the island or anything suspicious. The inspection will be at the same gate used for departing to Indonesia.

The waiting area allows eating and drinking. Since the deli opened, we ate while waiting for the ferry. After 7 PM, about 50 passengers started arriving.

⑧The boarding signal has been given. Follow the line and walk along with everyone else.
This is unreserved seating. If you’re afraid of getting seasick, please take a seat toward the rear. As in Japan, the front seats will rock vertically when there are waves (though there are almost none here).

Ferry schedules change every few months.
