*Local insights from a Japanese person married to a Singaporean*
【Who This Article Is For】
1: People wanting to stay at a cafe late at night at Singapore’s Changi International Airport
2: People wanting to check out Starbucks merchandise in Singapore
3: People wanting to visit popular spots among Japanese tourists

This was taken around 11 PM on the weekend.
Nearly full.
Other 24-hour cafes besides Starbucks were also full. There didn’t appear to be any Japanese people there based on appearance.
Starbucks is where many Japanese people gather.
Changi Airport in Singapore has four Starbucks locations (as of September 2025).
The terminal undergoes expansion work every year. It wouldn’t be surprising if a fifth Starbucks opened in a few years. Singapore has a higher density of Starbucks than Japan. You see them everywhere.
The Starbucks store at Changi Airport with the largest selection of merchandise
If you don’t plan to visit all four locations, just visiting this one store should be sufficient. By the way, some pages on the Singapore Starbucks official website are restricted and cannot be accessed from Japan.

Summer to Mid-Autumn Festival Limited Edition Goods

For Starbucks’ Mid-Autumn Festival limited-time food items, please refer to a separate article.
Christmas Limited Edition Goods
Last year’s merchandise remains unsold and is being sold at discounted prices as of summer/fall.
However, these items are not sold at discounted prices at airport Starbucks locations; they tend to be available at Starbucks in regional cities in Singapore.

Every year, it seems like only the Christmas goods are left unsold.
Maybe it’s because it’s a country where it doesn’t snow, and they’re not suited for everyday use.
Unlike Starbucks in Malaysia, Singapore has fewer region-exclusive items.
