This is a dish made with goat meat and soup. It has a distinctive gaminess. I don’t care for goat milk, but I like goat soup.
Maybe because I’m from Kyushu, I’ve liked goat soup since I was a kid.
My relatives in Okinawa ran a goat-related business for a while, so I got to enjoy the authentic taste. Store-bought versions seem to have a lot of additives. It’s a matter of taste, but I like goat soup.
