These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as these “Terms”) define the conditions of use for all content provided on the website “International Island Manga MAHARAJIMA Official Website” (hereinafter referred to as this “Website”) by Ira (hereinafter referred to as “Ira”), who is the rights holder of this Website.

Article 6 (Response to Violations of the Terms and Claims for Damages)

If a User violates any provision of these Terms, or if Ira determines that there is a risk of such violation, Ira may take the following measures individually or in combination against said User, and the User shall immediately comply therewith: (1) Demand the immediate deletion of content that has been illegally reprinted, improperly leaked, or used without authorization.
(2) Measures to block access to this Website, block IP addresses, or restrict use.

Any and all disputes arising between Ira and a User regarding the use of this Website, these Terms, or the Website Content shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court in the first instance, depending on the amount of the lawsuit.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms apply retroactively and comprehensively to all content accumulated since August 1, 2025, and to all usage including past usage acts thereof.
