Nearly full.
Other 24-hour cafes besides Starbucks were also full. There didn’t appear to be any Japanese people there based on appearance.
Starbucks is where many Japanese people gather.

Changi Airport in Singapore has four Starbucks locations (as of September 2025).

The terminal undergoes expansion work every year. It wouldn’t be surprising if a fifth Starbucks opened in a few years. Singapore has a higher density of Starbucks than Japan. You see them everywhere.
